Pipe Blockage Detector

Product Description:
In the process of construction,due to a variety of reasons ,people can not find the wire box, caused by PVC pipe and metal wire tube blockage,and hard to ensure the blocked site.Result in dig too much,waste of manpower and material resources.So our engineers developed a machine called Pipe Blockage Detector. This machine use microwave emission theory, can use inin PVC pipe and any iron pipe，to find the blocked spot in 50cm thick wall,free from outside interference. The blocked spot can accurate between5cm.Fast searching speed, easy to operate, stable performance, long service life.

How to use:
PIz grasp the handle as the pic,run the wire coil,take up and thread out.
1.Make the Launch Head and wire enter to the pipe,until the wire can't move on anymore,now it's the blocked spot.
2.Switch on the Signal Projector,green light on.
3.Switch on the Signal Receiver,and make the receiver goes to the  probably place of the wire goes.If the receiver goes near the detector,  there'll be a sound “didi”,and the sound become louder and louder, then the loudest place is the blocked spot.You can mark on the wall,and get out the wire,begin to dig the wall and fix it.
4.If the machine is ok,but the test distance is cut down,it means out of power.Now need change battery (9V).Changing type(3.7V)need charge asap,keep charging until the charger light become green.It needs two hours to charging the signal receiver and signal projector at the mean time, and plz pull off the charger when finish charging. 

Cautions:
1.Plz turn of power when finish work.
2.Pullout all the wire from the pipe to safe place,when find our the blocked spot,then begin to dig the wall.
3.Work in iron pipe,the detect distance will be reduced,but do not affect use.

Detecting step:
Step 1:Turn on the signal receiver,adjust the switch to maximum
Step 2:When you get the signal,adjust the switch to minimum slowly, find the signal spot
Step 3:when narrow down to a very small area,that's the blocked spot.
(Caution:The smaller the sensing range,the more accurate the blocked spot)It need patient and careful operation.

Only for Battery type

Judge the launch head is ok or not:

The light of the Signal Projector is shining,means the device is ok. The light of the Signal Projector is not shining:

1.Change battery

2.If the light not shining with new battery,then need change launch head.
